The AIDA 2 course is the foundation course of AIDA. In this course we develop the fundamental skills to help you become a safe and competent freediver. This course is designed for people who already feel confident in the water however no prior freediving experience is required. The purpose of the course is to develop the students freediving skills, knowledge and safety procedures to help progress their underwater abilities and maximise enjoyment.
The three days of the course include:
Thursday 16th May: Evening 5-9pm at MSAC
Saturday 18th May: All Day - Port Phillip bay and MSAC
Saturday 25th May: All Day - Lake Purrumbete, Camperdown.
