Jarrod’s passion for breathwork began in 2015 through his journey as a freediving athlete. Since then, he has tested and refined numerous breathwork techniques to enhance his own performance and offer solutions for his clients challenges. Now, as a certified Oxygen Advantage® and Master Freediving Instructor, he applies these methods to help swimmers develop functional breathing patterns that support everyday life, athletic performance, and recovery from stress.
