Embark on a unique freediving journey in Bali’s crystal-clear waters, guided by a team of expert freedivers and elite Australian athletes. Our Deep Camp is an immersive experience, held at a state-of-the-art facility where you’ll dive six days a week, surrounded by breathtaking ocean views and vibrant local culture. With 4 instructors and a small group of up to 16 participants, you’ll receive personalized attention from instructors, including national and continental record holders, who are there to guide all experience levels through every challenge.
Each day, refine your skills with a blend of depth dives, breathwork and equalization workshops tailored to your goals. From mastering breath control to progressing your limits in deep diving, our program is designed to enhance your technique and build lasting confidence in the water. Outside of structured sessions, unwind with a range of experiences: visit iconic dive sites, explore the lush landscapes of Bali, and recharge with saunas, ice baths, and nourishing local cuisine.
The adventure doesn’t stop with diving. Uncover hidden underwater treasures like Bali’s famous US Liberty Shipwreck, located just a short distance from our Freedivers Village. Here, you’ll dive among vibrant marine life and soak up the tropical vibes, connecting with a supportive community of passionate freedivers. MEET THE INSTRUCTORS:
🌟 Jarrod Briffa
Jarrod is a dedicated full-time freediver, coach, and founder of Drifters Freediving. He has represented Australia in pool freediving at multiple World Championships, setting National and Continental records. Jarrod is also a qualified Oxygen Advantage breathwork coach and teaches various methods of using the breath to influence the nervous system. Jarrod loves empowering students to find calmness in the water and offering tools for everyday life beyond freediving.
🌟 Ash Mercer
Experienced instructor and competitive freediver who represented Australia at the 2023 Pool World Championships. Ash overcame challenges to progress comfortably to depths of 60m+ focusing on advanced equalization and relaxation techniques. She thrives on empowering students to realize their potential and safely dive to depths they once thought impossible.
🌟 Jack Webb
Jack is one of Australia’s deepest freediving athletes, an instructor, life long spearo and founder of freedivefnq. He loves to be able to share what he knows to help others discover their potential. With a special interest in teaching others to tie together introception & relaxation with speed and joy, Jack successfully shares this with his students, allowing them to dive deeper with comfort and confidence.
🌟 Hannah Wright
Hannah has been a freediving instructor and coach at multiple world-renowned schools in South East Asia, a competition safety diver and athlete, and is the founder of Selkie Freediving; the first freediving school in the Highlands of Scotland. Her passion is to share the absolute joy of freediving and the therapeutic benefits that the practice of freediving can bring as well as showcasing the beautiful underwater world especially in Scotland.

Preliminary Schedule:
📅 April 4th: Arrival and Orientation
Arrive in Amed: settle into the freediving village
Late afternoon: Connect with fellow adventurers, set intentions, and bond over shared goals
Welcome Dinner: A feast to celebrate the start of our journey together
🏊♂️ April 5th: Foundation Day
Morning: Breathing exercises and stretching to prepare, followed by a Check Dive to assess skill levels
Afternoon: EQ techniques workshop to fine-tune skills
🌅 April 6th: Skill-Building Dive
Morning: EQ training and a deep dive session to build and consolidate skills
Afternoon: Free time to explore local dive sites or join a pool-based workshop
🧘♂️ April 7th: Strengthening Dive
Morning: EQ training and deep dive session to strengthen techniques
Afternoon/Evening: Optional sauna and ice bath for rejuvenation, followed by a group dinner
🏝️ April 8th: Rest and Recharge
Morning: Sleep in and enjoy relaxing activities—maybe a massage?
Afternoon: Rest or explore local dive sites with your new dive buddies
🌊 April 9th: Comfort and Depth
Morning: Deep dive session to access greater comfort at depth
Afternoon: Pool based workshop

Morning: Deep dive session to deepen comfort and skill
Evening: Wreck dive at the USAT Liberty Ship Wreck in Tulamben followed by an optional group dinner.
🌊 April 11th: Final Dive and Reflection

Afternoon: Our final deep dive to celebrate all you've accomplished
Evening: Farewell dinner
